Chetwoods Thrive has been appointed by logistics developer Gazeley as its specialist Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) consultant.  Our Thrive team will undertake a holistic review and analysis of every aspect of Gazeley’s business to enable it to deliver its ‘Route to Net Zero’ vision to create the world’s most sustainable buildings.

We will work with Savills to review and develop the developer’s policies, processes, funding and decision-making, helping to formalise its approach to key social, ethical and environmental issues.  We will also advise Gazeley on developing greener buildings for its customers, improving both how buildings are constructed and how they operate.

The initiative continues Chetwoods’ long-term work with Gazeley on its ‘Route to Net Zero’ sustainability roadmap, which outlines a vision for creating the world’s most sustainable buildings.  We will help Gazeley apply the principles from the roadmap to realise its vision of delivering innovative and environmentally friendly buildings over the next 10 years.

Graeme Munro, head of construction Europe, Gazeley, said: “We’ve worked with Chetwoods for the last 30 years and their specialist environmental sustainability and wellbeing knowledge was key to developing our Route to Net Zero. Thrive is the perfect partner to help us realise our sustainability goals.”
