Staycity Covent Garden is the flagship of a new deluxe Staycity brand, Wilde, being rolled out in premium city centre locations across Europe.

Chetwoods carried out the refurbishment and conversion of an existing building at 73 – 75 the Strand, London, to Aparthotel use for leading serviced apartment operator Staycity. The scheme provides 106 new studio apartments in a sustainable, market-aware proposal, preserving existing restaurant and food chain businesses at street level and upper basement level.

Chetwoods acted as lead consultants for the shell works, developing the planning stage design (by others) through to construction. We were then engaged to co-ordinate the tenant’s concept design for the sourced apartments through to completion.
