Das Zentrum versorgt das schnell wachsende Netzwerk von Supermärkten und Convenience-Stores der Waitrose-Gruppe in ganz Großbritannien.

Magna Park Milton Keynes ist das Flaggschiff des britischen Logistikparks von IDI Gazeley und bietet John Lewis, River Island und AG Barr bereits zwei Millionen Quadratmeter Nutzfläche. Chetwoods entwarf auch das AG Barr und zwei bestehende John Lewis-Anlagen, um Distributionsflächen der Klasse A vorzuhalten.

Die Projektentwicklung wurde nach BREEAM zertifiziert und wurde in dem Rating EXCELLENT eingestuft, dass umfangreiche nachhaltige Merkmale aufweist.

Waitrose’s first national distribution centre is located at IDI Gazeley’s Magna Park in Milton Keynes. It supplies Waitrose’s rapidly expanding network of supermarkets and convenience stores throughout the United Kingdom.

Magna Park Milton Keynes is IDI Gazeley’s flagship UK logistics park, already accommodating two million sqft for John Lewis, River Island and AG Barr. Chetwoods also designed the AG Barr and two existing John Lewis facilities to provide Grade A distribution space.

The development achieved BREEAM excellent with the extensive sustainable features incorporated.
