Architects and Design Team Leader for the works associated with the refurbishment of the Office Floors and Reception area to the Grade II Listed Tanner Building which forms the South-Western quadrant of the iconic ensemble at Oxford Circus.
A focused scope of works refurbished the property to include a new entrance screen and contemporary bright reception area which leads to four floors of newly refurbished CAT A Office Space. Existing features to the staircore were retained and refurbished, whilst office partitions and tired suspended ceilings were stripped out.
The range of works included maximising ceiling heights through semi-exposed ceiling soffits and high level services; new lighting and fan coil units; main plant overhaul; new finishes and redecoration. During the works the scope was extended to include a further 3 levels of office floors plates, with Microsoft occupying the 3rd floor north.
